Follow these weight loss tips for Diet Plans that Work

Ask your Doctor before starting a Weight Loss Plan
Start a Habit.Start out by walking briskly for 5 minutes a day and you most likely
will form a habit pattern. Treadmills work best because they cushion the walk and
allow you to track your progress. Continue walking at 5 minutes a day for 2 or 3 weeks.
You will most likely move up to 10 minutes per day and so on. Please note that a watch
and solid ground are all you need to start this essential part of your weight loss plan.

Long Term Plan. We did not gain our weight in a day, so we must realize that we
will commit to a long-term lifetime plan. This plan will become our daily habit.

A Step at a Time. We will set our goals low, but with habit, we will surpass our goals.
Don't Starve Yourself. We will start our plan by slightly cutting back on sugars
and carbohydrates.We will focus on not over-eating, yet we will eat the things we like.

Add Healthy Foods. We will add healthy fruits and the vegetables that we like to
our meals, yet we will continue to focus on not over-eating. Vegetables and fruits
help fight cravings, while snacks and junk-food tends to make you hungry.

Eat Breakfast. We will focus on eating a decent breakfast. Starving yourself in the
first meal of the day will make it difficult to keep you committed to success.

Persisistance. Many times in the early stages of a diet, we can actually gain weight.
Don't quit. Continue adding healthier foods to your diet. Remember, this is a long
term habit we are building.

Activity. We will slowly increase daily activity and in the long term, we will be able to
workout at a very fast pace. Start out with beginners workouts, and progress.
Snacks. It is best to change our snacking habits. We should add fruits and vegetables that
we like. Instead of a bowl of potato chips- try broccoli, celery, etc...

Cravings. Obviously, hunger and craving for more food is the biggest weight loss problem.
Try a good multi-vitamin; this will help ease some cravings.

Remember. If we change our diet habits slowly and increase exercise slowly, we
will be able to achieve our habit of success!
